In order to keep our prices and shipping costs low, some of our products are shipped from China and may take longer to arrive. These items will be clearly marked under the Detail section of those specific products.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Return Handling

Here at Rare Findings, we understand that mistakes can happen; either by accidentally purchasing the wrong item or receiving a defective item. Therefore, we want to make it easy for customers to make returns, exchanges, and refunds as fast as possible. Unlike other large online retailers, if there is any problem with your order and you contact us within 7 business days, we will provide you with return directions. Some restrictions may apply. Please read the Warranty Policy first before sending items back to us. If you believe that the product you received is defective and your warranty has not expired, please contact us and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Submitting an RMA will allow all parties to track your return process much easier and faster. Your return request will be reviewed and the status will be updated. Once approved, you can pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging and supporting materials such as cables, manuals, and drivers. Please also include a copy of the original invoice and a copy of the RMA Authorization. Customers may be eligible for free return shipping if it is within 7 business days upon the delivery date of your defective / wrongfully shipped order.

Customer must package the products properly. Rare Findings is not responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company. Damaged items are not eligible for warranty or the money back guarantee. All electronic parts should be wrapped in anti-static plastic bags and shock-resistant bubble-wrap. There should be at least one inch of cushioning material such as packing peanuts or crumpled newspaper between the item and the walls of the box.

We suggest that customers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us. Rare Findings is not responsible for any package lost during shipping.
